As a cybersecurity nerd, I do love tinkering with challenges on pages like Hackthebox or Tryhackme. These are virtual machines, simulating real-world security issues, deployed in a lab environment They often come in a Capture The Flag approach where the goal is to exploit a vulnerability to reach firther into the system.
